This is by far the worst bedside manner doctor I’ve seen. When I went in he was complaining about his receptionists. He wasn’t attentive at all. He didn’t listen to my concerns. I want be back.

Do not understand ratings. Dr. McClean and his nurse Renee have been nothing but kind to me. He found a diagnosis for me when other neurologists failed. He has gotten me on good educations. Dr. McClean has helped me. I don’t know where these negative comments come from. I have not experienced any problems with him.

Although all aspects of my visits for migraine and chronic headaches have been positive, my favorite thing about Dr. McLean and his staff is efficiency. My appointment was at 10:15 and I was gone by 10:45. I hate going to doctors that make you wait hours in the waiting and exam rooms. On my initial visit, he developed a plan, which I followed. On this second visit, we discussed my headaches since then and discussed our continued plan. He and the staff have been great about refills, too. He recommended an app that allows me to track my headaches and him to assess them. I love efficiency.

More interested in his computer than what we had to say. He even chastised me for asking a question while he was on it. He is not compassionate or concerned with my problems. Had no idea what meds I needed. I think he was on You Tube looking for answers. Will never go back again and will steer others away also..

Didn't seem very interested in anything I had to say. His only answers were I don't know and maybe. He yawned and rubbed his face like he was bored or had something else he would rather be doing. It got to the point where I almost asked him if we were boring him. This is response to a followup after a brain surgery. It wasn't carpel tunnel or something minor. It was a brain surgery follow up. Very disappointed.

My Mother had a stroke and Dr McLean was on call...when her Neurological status changed in the NICU the Nursing staff called him for orders and he said that this lady is 80 years old, which she was 78 years young, and she had a stroke there is nothing I'm going to do...he Did Not follow the Stroke protocol set by the Mobile Infirmary Stroke Protocol guidelines...he was going to take the Wait and See attitude. I would Not leave a family member in his Care!
