The worst experience I’ve ever received
The office staff as well as customer service line is awful. You can never get into him when you are sick. The NP is rude and doesn’t listen to your concerns. It’s like she is afraid of actually diagnosing anything. I went there for 15 years and when I had a baby last year I took him there too and I could never get into see the doctor. When I was finally able to get in they told me nothing was wrong with him. My son was then hospitalized the next day after I went to the ER. He had RSV. He was hospitalized for four days due to Dr. Meyer and staff’s negligence. So I switched my son to a new doctor and then Dr. Meyer just dropped me as a patient. I tried to call human relations and services and never received a call back. All those years I spent seeing Dr. Meyer and he discounted me just like that. So very wrong.

Doctor Myer is personable and I have always had good results with my diabetes if I listen and apply his suggestions. He has always given a new goal to attempt to improve my health. I think this is what all doctors should do.

Not clear in his directives on what care to seek, says to do things and then later will say he didn't say it.

Dr. Meyer was my primary physician for 7 years or more, until today. An appointment was made for 8:45am this morning for my wife and I. We drive 40 miles to see him. I left my home in plenty of time to make the appointment. An unforeseeable traffic slow down on I70 east caused me to be 13 minutes late arriving. He refused to see me. In my prior visits I have been on time or early, but have never been seen at my appointed time. 30 min or more is normal. He had no one in waiting area. Rude.
