Great consultation, very informative. Very pleasant office, helpful staff and knowledgeable. It was reassuring to know my daughter was getting quality treatment and care. This is our 2nd time going to Dr. Mizakawa and will definitely recommend him to others.

Dr Mizukawa and his excellent staff at the Cedar City office did an excellent job, over several visits, with implants to reconstruct two areas where I had bridges that the supporting teeth had deteriorated. Those new implants are like having my original teeth back! I couldn't be happier with the results.
