I had been to several doctors and none could diagnose why I wasn’t having knee pain. Dr Murray and staff diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it through surgery. I’m now back to 100% and feel great. Wait time is extremeley low too.

I trust Dr. Matthew Murray implicitly! He is absolutely, the only Sports Medicine/Orthopedic Surgeon I would go to, or recommend to my family and friends. When my husband needed shoulder surgery, we went straight to Dr. Murray because he is simply the best on every count! My husband and I work in the OR at one of the facilities where Dr. Murray performs surgery. As an OR nurse, I see first hand, how truly exceptional his surgical skills are. Also, he really cares about his patients, and has an excellent bedside manner. As expected, Dr. Murray did a phenomenal job on my husband's shoulder! His function and range of motion haven't been this good since he was in high school! (He is 53 now) He did a posterior labral repair, biceps tenodesis, and distal clavicle excision. Thanks his office double bills you. They don’t tell you that. They charge you for an OR visit for the hospital that is on the same property as this doctors office. I was shocked. I will never go anywhere on this property again

Excellent Ortho. Post surgery therapy protocol the best to get athletes back in to action. Well explained plan of care before and after surgery. Follow up appointment he will explain where you are at and what is the next step and what to expect.

I broke my knee cap in a car accident and I knew I'd be out of commission for months. At 45 yrs old I was scared and worried about my injury, my needed surgery and most importantly my recovery. I am PTA Council Pres. for 10 East Central ISD schools, sports team mom and all that required many hours running around and driving all over town. It was a true blessing to be referred to Ortho SA & the staff there. I am on my way to recovery and back to driving and giving back to my community.

I was referred to Dr, Murray by my wife and he is every bit as phenomenal as she said he would be. He diagnosed me, explained how he was going to fix the problem, and had me scheduled for surgery within two weeks so I could continue my Ironman training. He was personable but to the point. Dr. Murray was the 3rd orthopedic opinion I sought after finding out I had a labral tear in my left hip. Terrible experience. Spent at most two minutes with the doctor for an very complex injury that I have seen multiple doctors for, was given what I believe to be a premature diagnosis (a "go to" for hip injuries without taking a full assessment and ruling out all possible alternatives). Office staff was inattentive and on their phones which only added to my frustrations.
