How is this ok?
I came into the office at 8:45 for an appointment that was supposed to help me get a hearing device and then went to my next appointment at 9:30 to hear when I could start getting this scheduled and to get my ear cleaned a resident locked and did not introduce himself and just started putting stuff in my ear and I ask him to please wait for Dr. Ng, he then left 30 minutes later, Dr. Ng came in said everything looks good thank you and I was like excuse me, but you’re supposed to clean my ear as we discussed at my last appointment, that nothing was done at. He said oh it looks really good. We don’t need to do anything and then he proceeded to start shoving things in my ear to clean it which was extremely painful and didn’t tell me what he was doing. He then said I needed to set up another appointment with the audiologist to start the process and I said that’s what I heard and he said well, we will have to set up another appointment for that. After 3 hrs, October is the next apt!

Appointment scheduling
Terrible experience trying to schedule an appointment. Our PPO insurance doesn’t require a doctor referral but still unable to schedule an appointment. Since having a PPO policy, I don’t have a primary care physician. The scheduling staff apparently doesn’t understand the difference between PPO and HMO insurance plans. We will seek a different doctor.

This office is HORRIBLE.... Staff completely incompetent! I've been trying to get an appointment & the office refused to schedule. Don't even bother trying.. they do not return phone calls. Managers will not return call. They do not Care! Shame on them. The referral physician was not able to schedule appointment. Completely without compassion or human decency. The worst experience I've ever had!

He mannerisms and thoroughness has dissipated.His staff are skipping over appointments for no legitimate reason.Make certain patients wait over 2 hours but the ones they favor they let them in right away.I made the doctor aware of this and prove it but he didn't do anything.Aswell the staff if you have any questions they injore you or laugh at you.

A friend of mine, who is a GP, recommended Dr. Ng. I had seen two other doctors before seeing Dr. Ng. The other doctors were quick to slap on a diagnosis without listening to all of my symptoms. I found Dr. Ng to be very patient, kind, and a good listener. He doesn't make me feel hurried, even though he always has a waiting room full of patients. His nurse has returned all of my calls when I've needed help or advice. I've even received calls from Dr. Ng himself.

The only way to send this is if I added a star which I didn't want to. My Dad and I have been trying to call this office for over a week now to find out about my Mom's surgery. I have left numerous messages and have been put on hold many time for up to an hour. This is so unacceptable. I will need to find out how to report them for not returning phone calls.

Horrible stuf, always overbooked. I could only find a opening after 5 months..I went to my appointment and they told me I was not early enoug to fill out the paperwork... I get there 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment instead of 30 minutes. they asked me to reschedule and the next appointment was going to be in another 5 months. The office was full, wait time was more than 2 hours, I know that becausse i went this oficce few years back and I always had to wait

I honestly have to say that if you're seeing Dr. Ng Lord knows your in good hands. He's an awesome surgeon and he's very caring about his patients. He will answer every question very clear he will also spend as much time as you need with him. He's one of those doctors that you never want to leave, as for his staff they are very nice and professional as well.

Meeting his staff & felt they were very professional, nice &d helpful. Then met Dr. Ng & was impressed with the treatment I received. He listened (no pun intended) to my concerns, examined me thoroughly, showed me my test results from Steinberg & explained what I was looking at, & then made a plan of attack on taking care of my problem. He's a very busy doctor and it may take time to get your appointment (it took a month for me to get in for the first appt). but he's worth the wait.

I had sudden deafness, where I lost most of my hearing overnight. I was referred to Dr. Ng, who was exceptionally caring, listened, and explained everything very well. He was sincerely interested in my condition and doing all he could to help me. I would recommend Dr. Ng to everyone needing to see an ENT. His staff is very friendly, and attentive to the patients' needs. Ashley was especially helpful in making sure I got the testing and everything I needed taken care of. THANK YOU!

do not waist your time . the doctor is never there and no one can do there job the first appointment they couldnt see my son. the second appointment they couldnt clean the wax out of his ear.. they are unprofessional and dont waist your time .

My wife & I drove 65 miles for apmnt. Spent 30 minutes filling out forms. When asked, I showed them our driver's licenses but nicely refused their copying them (our concern for credit theft. License info needed only for ID, not for ins purposes). I was told without copying our licenses we wouldn't see the doctor. They had our med ID & SS#. I talked to the office manager. She told me that was their policy. I've dealt with hosp & drs many times. No one refused treatment before. We won't return.

Worst experience ever ? didn?t even see the doc. Upon my discharge yesterday, the ER spoke to this doc's office about seeing me within 3 days. I called as instructed & was initially told that the doctor doesn't handle the kind of issue I have, which makes no sense. Long story short, a few phone calls from ONLY me later, some literal lies stated by the receptionist, I'm told I can't get an appt for 28 days. I'll take this as a blessing because now I'll never step foot in this doc's office.

Didn't spend much time on my problem. But the biggest issue was he sent me in for an MRI, his office didn't set me up with a follow up appt.. The MRI Technician stated it would take 2 days before the Doctor received my results. I called at least 7 times to their office only to be told to call back (are you kidding me) it took 2 1/2 weeks after my MRI test to get my results not once did anyone ever call me back. I had to initiate it or I wouldn't have found out anything!!!!!!

I have been trying to get an appointment since November. Every time I call they say they will call my previous doctor to get my information and call me back it get a sooner appointment. Never have they called me back. It is now the end of January and I still don't have and Appointment. People on the phone where not friendly or helpful at all.
