Dr. Matthew Oldroyd, MD

1st Appointment was May 4, 2021. We really liked him until we had to pay our insurance co-pay the second time for the same office visit. So we paid $45 to see the Doctor then another $45 to be in the FirstHealth Back and Neck Pain Facility. FirstHealth sent us a bill, but never sent the claim to our Medicare Advantage Plan Insurance Provider. A complete rip off in my opinion. We will not be going back there again.

I was in extreme pain and I was referred to the Back and Neck Pain Clinic. At my first appointment, I met Dr. Oldroyd and we talked for a few minutes and he recommended a treatment for me. I went back a few days later and he performed a nerve root block procedure. I came home and stayed off of my feet for 24 hours as he recommended and in a couple of days my back was so much better! Dr. Oldroyd is an amazing doctor who handled my situation in a timely and professional manner! It’s been about 5 weeks since this procedure and my back is completely painless for which I am immensely thankful! I recommend the Back and Neck Pain Center to anyone who is in pain! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Oldroyd! He is truly an amazing doctor!!

Diffinitely would recommend. He has so much patience. Has given me several epidurals and always without any pain. Would not go to anyone else.

As the proprietor of Ambulatory Anesthetics, I would give this doctor minus 10 stars if I could. Ambulatory Anesthesia made me pay for my surgery on the day on surgery after telling me that my charge card for the same amount they had put through a few days earlier didn't go through. They charged me twice for the same surgery within days and when i called the office telling them of this double charge, was told they didn't give refunds on charge cards so there was nothing they could do. Horrible
