Dr. Matthew Pantsari, MD

You need to know before you use this doctor that his staff is the worst on the planet. They keep you waiting in his office for hours, they won't set an appointment. I have called his office more than four times a week trying to get an appointment. The staff doesn't even answer the phone, it goes to an answering service, where notes of your conversation are taken. If and when someone does call you back, they tell you they can't set an appointment until the end of the month. Telling you to call back at the end of the month to get say a March appointment. But when the staff doesn't answer the call you can't get any where. I was promised that someone would call me back only to tell me they don't have any openings. The doctor is good but his staff is the worst I have ever seen. Just plain lazy. I literally drove a 45 minute drive to try to speak with someone and they were all just sitting around doing nothing. So think twice before you use this doctor only because of his staff.

Dr. Pantsari is an absolutely wonderful doctor. He is friendly and professional. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides options for testing. He explains things thoroughly and uses illustrations with his explanations. Staff called the next day to check on me after my procedure. Test results came back within a few days. I would recommend him to anyone that needs his service. I am so glad to have found him and this practice. I actually felt like I was finally being listened to.

Doctor Pantsari is an excellent physician and an absolute expert at what he does. Compassionate and amazing bedside manner. I am a healthcare professional and suffer from GI issues and have been just floored at how caring he was from the moment that I stepped in the door. I had been without insurance when I visited him for the first time and he was very conscientious about my financial situation and did not push for anything at the time he felt was an unnecessary charge.

Dr. Pantsari is a fine physician and a real gift to our city. He takes time to listen then explains well and illustrates the issues with which his patient is dealing. He offers alternative treatment options and aids his patients in making the best decision for them. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Dr. Pantsari is extremely professional while also having excellent bed side manner. He really listens and seems to be genuinely concerned with how you are feeling. I wish I could see him for everything. I am very grateful to have found this practice and in particular Dr. Pantsari.
