I have seen multiple foot doctors and Dr. Parmenter is by far the best. He has performed two joint replacement surgeries on my feet and the results have been excellent. I have never experienced long office waits and he always takes time to answer my questions.

Dr Parmenter is a very compassionate Dr that listens to his patients gathers information then addresses the issue. I have always had great results, in and out in no time. He and his clinical staff provide great care, are very professional, take great care of their patients.

The issue I saw Dr. Parmenter for was never resolved. In fact, it is now much worse than before. The wait in the office is almost always more than 1 hour. With the exception of Lexi, the front desk staff is very disrespectful to patients with special needs.

Double books patients. Keeps people waiting for over an hour in the first waiting room. Completely disrespectful of patient's time. Unacceptable. There are plenty of ways to manage and schedule to see people on time. Front desk verified that they always run this late and multiple people have same appointment times. Outrageous and stunningly offensive. Lateness persisted through multiple appointments, not a one time experience.
Treatments have not helped either!
