Dr. Matthew Proctor was extremely rude to me. He was loud and condescending to me in front of a waiting room filled with people. There had been a scheduling mistake by the receptionist and although I thought I was a few minutes early for my appointment I was told that I was 20 minutes late. There were other mistakes too that had to do with billing and They attempted to have me take a hearing test that I had just had. It was an awful experience. Don’t use this doctor. He doesn’t care about peoples wellbeing. Dealing with that office and Dr Mathew Proctor was extremely disappointing.

I have not been to Dr. Proctor for a while. Not since he was very rude to me after making me wait for an hour to see him for a pre-scheduled appointment. I should have just gotten up and walked out of the waiting room after he passed me over for patients who had arrived after me. When he came into the room to see me he threw his clipboard up on the table and brusquely said "Alright, Mr. .....What do you want to see me about? His attitude was terrible. I finally asked him what was going on?
