Dr. Ptaszkiewicz: I'm Janeen Clark, wife to William (Bill). We were patients in Michigan, you may remember us, we came to all appts together, Bill had the awesome red Dodge RAM, he retired early to care for his Grandparents up north. Anyways, I just wanted you to know Bill passed, 11/7/2014, age 55 from Metastatic Neuroendocrine Carcinoma, and until the end he always said, sure wish we still had Dr. Matt. He thought the world of you, as do I, and I promised him I would try to locate you.Take
