Staff BADLY needs improvement.
Went in to have my knee looked at. I will say Dr. Reid is very good and knowledgable. That’s about it though. When I was there I had to go in and out of the office 3 times because they forgot to do something. They forgot to give me my blood work when I left so I had to come back the next day. They sat on my MRI for 2 days. I had to call to see if my results came back. When I called they said they were still waiting on me to pick up my blood work which I had already picked up 5 days prior. The person I spoke with said “ I wish you would have reached out to me” that is literally what y’all go to work for. To treat ppl and then reach out to them and let them know the next steps. This disorganization has been unbelievable. BE BETTER.

Dr. Reid and his staff provide excellent care!
Dr. Reid and his staff are stellar! I’m at two weeks post ORIF surgery on my right ankle. Dr. Reid thoroughly answers my questions, provides patient friendly information, is collaborative when discussing my care, and is reassuring. His staff is equally supportive, helpful, and caring. Although this injury has been challenging in many ways, I feel blessed that Dr. Reid and his staff are taking care of me.
