Extremely dissatisified.
I asked for 3 simple things. A referral to a specialist, some help diagnosing some specific symptoms, and a documentation of a problem I am having. Simple as that.I got no referral. I had to call after a few days to 'remind' the good doctor to provide me with that referral...which was issued subsequent to my call.I also was offered a wild goose chase on the symptoms I was reporting...something I have neither the time nor treasure to pursue. This is instead of some thoughtful consideration, and the potential that my set of symptoms was as least partially due to an extremely common repetitive motion disorder.Lastly my condition was not recorded into my medical history as I requested...instead, I was offered an unrelated and unrequested referral.This was a trifecta of failure. I did get my flu and COVID vaccines, so the appointment wasn't a complete and total loss. I also value the findings of their pathology teams.The input of this doctor however, I found to be less valuable.

Dr. Runde is very responsive, very understanding, and absolutely speaks my language. He's very easy to talk to and always has great recommendations.
