Unpredictable mood
Discussed various options at initial appointment but when I complained of pain I felt after a procedure he performed he became quite angry and offloaded me to pain management. Received 2nd opinion. I require full joint replacement.

I had a very bad experience with a Dr by the name of Nathan Everding so I was already down, mentally and physically, when I saw Dr Scuderi. Dr Scuderi made me feel so much better about my condition/injury. I had calcification of my left rotator cuff. He knew that I needed surgery by what he could see and what I had already been through. He performed my surgery about a week ago. He removed the calcification, repaired my tendon and removed some bone spurs that I had. I am little sore still but my incisions looks so good. He even called me himself to see how I was doing two days later. I saw him today for my follow up and he explained how the surgery went in great detail. I am very positive that I will be so much better in a few months. He is so personable. He does not rush the appointment. He make sure all of my questions are answered. He just has a great personality. I would recommend him any day to anyone. So glad that someone recommended me to him. Overall, I am very happy.

First person I've met who totally meets the stereotype of the jock/bro sports medicine guy. Gave me a macho and combative attitude as soon as he walked in the door, and gave me sarcastic and unhelpful answers to my health questions. I walked out on him and asked his nurse to set me up with someone better.

Even though surgery is a scary prospect, Dr. Scuderi helped me through my nerves. He was very thorough in explaining my problem and the procedure to remedy the situation. I was having trouble with my knee that made it impossible to be secure...that I would be able to go from point a to b without it locking up. By doing the surgery that he did, he gave me back my quality of life. He was very good with explaining every detail. He was very direct in explaining options and I appreciated that!

Waited over an hour pasto appointment time last time currently approaching an hour past appointment. He has a good reputation as a surgeon but his scheduling is terrible. Not sure if he is being double or tripple booked, if my insurance is substandard or if it is just his staff being disorganized. Never the less this seems very unprofessional.

Dr. Scuderi repaired my shoulder about 6 months ago. I had a tear and had anchors placed to tighten my shoulder. I did not get better after the surgery and explained to him that I felt the same prior to my surgery. He would not listen to me and told me It is what it is. He also told me he's not sure why I'm in pain all of the time. All he did was push on my shoulder for about 3 seconds (literally) and said it doesn't feel unstable. Sure enough, i have another tear and anchors aren't holding.

He tells me there is nothing wrong with my knee and people would kill to have my knee. When I got on my chart it states that I have bone spurs in my knee and a cyst. I believe Dr. Scuderi know what he is talking about surgically but bed side manor is the worse. I have never been treated so badly by a professional in my life. When I leave the room I believe all the pain is in my head, feel like I bother him, and I'm a stupid low life. He really needs to change the way he talks to people.
