He fixed my heart!
Telehealth
My appointment was virtual, which meant I didn't have to drive two-and-a-half hours for an office visit. The appointment started on time. Dr. Smelley listened to my questions and concerns. All good news! The outcome was what I hoped for. He is a nice guy who did a good job and communicates well. Recommended!

Front office understaffed with long wait time to check in and out. The visit was shorter than needed for a new patient with a complex problem. Important information missed as Dr Smelly reviewed my records.

Dr. Smelley conducted a thorough review of my health history since my last visit. He expressed concern about the time and distance that I had to travel for my appointment. He said that every thing looked good on the EKG and to continue with my current medication.

Poor follow up
New prescription sent to mail order but lacked clear dosage instructions. Requests for clarification both from pharmacy and calls from me not provided after a full week. Still don’t have meds. Find bedside manner to be somewhat arrogant. Obvious lack of concern for patient
