Came to see a doctor, saw a PA
This review is of the process of seeing a doctor. We were referred to Dr. Smith, we never saw Dr. Smith. When making an appointment to see a Doctor, the doctor should see the patient. The PA was very nice (2 years of training), but the front office staff led me to believe that the doctor ( 9 plus years of training)would read the images and give us his opinion. When I got to the office, the doctor was not there to see us, and the office staff had misled us. We still have no care plan and no doctor. We felt deceived and poorly cared for.

I have had a reverse shoulder replacement and my outcome has exceeded all expectations. A year later I had a rotator cuff repair on the other shoulder with the same great results. Dr Smith is very knowledgeable and caring about his patients. The entire experience with Dr Smith and his staff couldn’t have been better.
