I was taking 4 meds before I saw him. Now I take one med and I feel so much better. He does therapy too.

Absolutely horrible communication. Scheduled a 15 minute call with him and was told that a psych evaluation would be scheduled within 2 weeks. This was not scheduled within 2 weeks and there was no response.
