Dr. Tate has such great bedside manner. Often doctors seem desensitized to things and their demeanor doesn’t feel empathetic at all but Dr. Tate invests time to talk to patients and make them feel comfortable. I’ve had 3 brain surgeries and he is just so good at what he does he makes you feel confident going into an otherwise very uncertain scary thing.

I had an accident & a Hematoma formed in my brain. I was terrified but after meeting Dr Tate & discussing the surgery & treatment path I felt reassured. A few months after surgery & I feel like myself again!

It wasn’t just Dr. Tate who was so fantastic, - it was his entire team! I could not have been in better care from beginning to end. There was daily communication and constant monitoring of my condition from every aspect - physically, mentally and emotionally. I never felt apprehensive, confused or ignored. Of course, I don’t want to do this again but I am fully confident I could not have had a better surgeon performing the operation!

Dr.Tate is one of the most compassionate and helpful doctors I have had in my life. He genuinely cares to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have- and with great detail. He wants you to know exactly what’s going on and will break down any detail that may confuse you. We went to see him for the first time and expected maybe a 30 minute talk about possible surgery and what it could look like. Dr.Tate spent nearly an hour going over each part of the operation and how he truly felt about it, along with the possible outcomes. Post- operation, Dr.Tate was in the recovery room talking with my family and personally visited me multiple times throughout my short stay in the hospital. Along with Dr.Tate his entire team was overwhelmingly kind and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!!
