It was the worst new patient visit I’ve ever had. He never once looked up from his computer to look me in the eye. He was not personable at all, which I think is important to a new patient. I have sarcoma and he had my records. His first question to me was are you under the care of a cardiologist? Never asked me one question about my sarcoma, example - when was your diagnosis, how are you being treated, what are your treatment side effects. More interested in telling me I couldn’t get my pain meds from the office. That’s not why I was there! I needed a local PCP to establish a visit with. I WILL NOT return again. Terrible!?? waste of my time.

This practice is actually dangerous. They do not care about their patients and are staffed with incredibly rude and obnoxious people. They have a prescribing nurse who treats people like absolute crap, yells, and hangs up on people. Prime Medical, because they are so badly run, acquired a PCP who was running a very corrupt operation. Rather than attempt to help the many patients who they brought in from this PCP, they flat out told many of them to leave and find another PCP. They discontinued me
