Dr. Matthew Warren, MD

I was treated horribly in the care of him at the Warm Springs Georgia medical center. He seems as if I was A burden to him on the night that I visited that ER, barely gave me A chance to speak, was very rude to me as if he had something personally against me, told me that he was not going to treat me for anything, and just was just all out careless about my concerns of being there. If people are not feeling well and they think that they need to be seen at A Emergency room especially with A possible infection that’s what they do is go get checked. This man told me he was A family doctor and I just politely said isn’t this A emergency room and I politely said in all respect why are you being so rude to me and that I’m basically here being charged with insurance for nothing and what he said next just blew me away he brought up the type of insurance and had in a not so nice way and I felt I was judged for my insurance type and he walked out of the room and I said I think we are done here.
