Yes Highly Recommended. Dr. West was very kind and understanding. Explaining everything before he did anything. Ask if I was doing ok, multiple times. Also, his assistant was very patient and helpful.

I've been seeing Dr. West for a few years. He's knowledgeable. Puts me at ease everytime. Great bedside manner and his nurse are very helpful. The whole staff from check in throughout the whole visit are top notch. Highly recommended for staff and facility.

Dr. West has a very calming style. I feel he explains what may be going on and then addresses the options. It can be hard to get into see him since he is booked out a few weeks ahead. Most of his support staff is very friendly but and thoughtful. Some seemed more rushed and less engaged in MY care.

Dr. West performed an EMG on me and made a not so pleasant procedure not so bad. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and then asked about my comfort level. As always NSC is a very professional facility.

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. West. He has eased my worries so much and I appreciate that immensely. I know he is doing everything he can to help my pain and explains what he is doing and answers my questions. I am so glad that I was directed to him for my injections!
