Saw Dr Dela Cruz twice and she was completely dismissive of my health concerns. They talk about women feeling unheard by medical professionals and this will make you feel exactly like that— Dr Dela Cruz was so eager to farm out my care to other providers I wish I had saved the time and my copay by never coming in. Don’t waste your money, look elsewhere for a doctor who will listen.

My child has seen Dr. Dela Cruz several times and it wasn't at our request. Dr. Dela Cruz hardly gives you a chance to explain your visit nor does she explain anything. She spent about 5 mins or less with us each visit. Visits are extremely rushed. And although there are no other patients in the office, it still takes 15+ mins to be seen. Needless to say, I have switched my child's healthcare needs to a different practice.
