Express Care is great if you like paying them twice! This is now the fourth and fifth time my family has been charged the FULL $210 office visit fee on our card AND they've been paid in full by insurance. I'm trying to get my $ back this latest time, but I never have been able to or even get them to acknowledge a credit on my acct for future use. They're a nightmare.

Had a boil develop on my leg (never had a boil before) and this doctor barely looked at it and took no culture. He prescribed an antibiotic for staph but this boil had MRSA (which I was exposed to in a healthcare setting). I had streaks and cellulitis develop within 2 and 5 days of the walk-in visit so I had to make the time to go to my doctor and they took a culture and prescribed an antibiotic to treat MRSA. I can't recommend this doctor or this clinic. Total waste of time and dangerous.

Went to ExpressCare in OM, our daughter had a fall at Kiddie Caruso. She was in a lot of pain upper arm. Express Care. took 2 x-rays and then the Doctor came in. He said DEFINITELY not broken while chuckling and said it was a bad sprain. Also said the the Ped. Specialist that had set a previous break (lower arm) from gymnastics fall did a poor job. Took her to UMD Ortho ,next day, same angle x-rays and immediately saw and showed us the break in the upper arm. Can't trust Exp-Care Docs diagnosis.
