Excellent care
My father is a patient and my parents are very pleased with his care. He had a procedure recently and Dr. Sendra clearly explained the procedure just beforehand and came out after the surgery to discuss the results and the importance of his aftercare due to his high risk. We were happy with the entire process and Dr. Sendra's level of care, knowledge, and bedside manner.

Terrible at communication/uncaring
Husband has been under the care of his team for about a year and have yet to meet this man. Does not bother to come out after procedures, like every other physician I have ever had, to speak to us, answer questions, etc. Might be a good doctor technically but needs to drop his god complex and talk to patients and family. Procedure done with inadequate pain control and zero communication. Will be changing doctors. Horrible thing to watch a loved one go through.
