My wait times are long, I have to take off work for them so it costs me even more money. I called twice to ask a question and they said they would call me back. It has now been over a week and I still have not heard back. My daughter needs to have tests done before an upcoming appointment and I cannot get anyone to call me back. They called and cancelled an appointment by auto call instead of having a person call me so I could reschedule. Like the doc but bad customer service.

Seemed to be in a hurry. Made bizarre diagnosis that made no sense and did not explain this to me. When I tried to question him, he simply stated he stood by his diagnosis and did not have any concrete explanation to back up his diagnosis. His recommendation was to see a psychiatrist. I don't know what planet he is from!
