Knowledgeable but no bedside manner
Dr. Maxwell Li may be "young" but he is extremely knowledgeable, he provided pamphlets and information for me to read, he talked about alternative treatments, and he scheduled a follow-up. However, his bedside manner is challenging and this is why he is not "excellent."

Fine doctor. Kind and caring person.
Dr. Li has a gentle demeanor and listens very carefully, bringing all his attention, knowledge, and experience to bear on you, your needs, and your concerns. He was always up on the current research, which we would discuss, and then he'd carefully formulate his recommendations. I always felt listened to and valued his suggestions. I hate seeing him go from here, and I wish him the best in his new endeavors!

Dr. Li seemed nice and explained the testing well but the amount of time I spent waiting for those tests and the results was not good and he never apologized. My appt was at 1:00, I didn't get done until close to 4 p.m.
