Excellent Primary Care Doctor
I have gone to Dr Dicola for many years. I trust her with my health. She is a great communicator and listens carefully. She is open to discussing treatment options and does not rush through my appointments. I see her for my annual physical every year. Her office staff is good and the nurses are very good. If I need an appointment quickly and she’s not available, the other doctors and physicians assistant are really good too.

Dr. Dicola promised to call in a prescription for me yesterday. I have a UTI and am in a ton of pain. She didn't. Left a msg with office in hopes they'd get it this morning and call it in by noon. They didn't. Called two more times. Spoke with someone who assured me my message was given to Dr. Dicola, but she doesn't know when she'll get around to it. "It's possible it may not even be today". I'm sorry, but how hard is it to take 3 minute (if that) to call in a script you promised a patient the day before? She even told me she knew it'd be "torture" to wait so she'd do it right away. Well. It still is torture and nobody at that office seems to care at all. I can't believe something so simple is being dragged out this long at the patient's expense. Meanwhile, I suffer.

Dr. Dicola was amazing! It's been a very long time since I have found a doctor that listened and gave great advice. Her staff is awesome, they are so sweet. I wish I had found her sooner.

Dr. DiCola is a wonderful, WONDERFUL doctor who really cares about her patients. She really listens to your concerns and offers thorough explanations. Appointments are always on time and you're never rushed. The nurses are amazing and the front desk is so kind. After years of having horrible experiences with doctors, I'm beyond grateful to have found Dr. DiCola and her amazing team. I can't recommend her enough!!
