Disrespectful and Condescending
I would give negative stars if I could...does not like to listen to patients. My experiences are so bad that I started having anxiety attacks days before my appointments. Started out fine, but once she became comfortable with me she began berating me, belittling me and treating me like I was stupid. This is NOT an exaggeration.! She also has an issue with other doctors that I see and doesn't like to collaborate with them on my well-being. She's arrogant and down right rude at times. She minimizes any improvements you've made to your health. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.

I really felt heard!!
I recently switched to Dr. Chestnut and it was the best decision I could have made for myself and my husband!! She genuinely listens, asks questions to get to know you, and made me feel like my concerns were valid!! I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience. Btw my husband was impressed as well. She is a keeper and we will refer others to her for sure!!

She doesn't really listen and seems to rush through the appointment. I expressed being uneasy with her diagnosis and she brushed it off and told me to take the prescription. I also had to frequently follow up b/c when i had to go for testing the paperwork wouldn't be submitted, or the prescription wouldn't be submitted, or my emails would go unanswered for health questions and for referrals. Would not recommend.

Medical Record Information isn't reviewed from other doctors or was found to be in err. Getting Rx refills through the office and/or through your Pharmacy is always a challenge.

Dr. Chestnut throws the book out when it comes to the 15 min appointment. If you need the time she takes the time. She is aggressive in making sure you understand her and following her instructions. I have my wife seeing her and getting my wife to like any doctor is a miracle. I expect Dr Chestnut to explain what happened to me 30 years from now!!!
