Bad dentist. Don’t go. Causes pain
Long wait!!! 2 hours. Sat there in pain with swollen face and infection when I told them I was there for an emergency. She also caused more pain by poking the swollen gum and causing it to bleed. She then diagnosed the wrong tooth. Horrible place.

I had to wait a day to write this because yesterda
I had an appt. to have a tooth filled with Dr. Shah. She gave me the usual injection to dull the gums and then stepped away. I waited, and waited and waited, and finally asked one of her employees “Where is she”? She had gone on to another patient. I don’t know if she had forgotten about me or what. At one point I looked up and she was sanitizing something and I thought “Finally”, but No, she seemed oblivious that I was waiting for her. I was getting nervous because I was thinking, that she’d have to give me another injection. After all, it had been 20 minutes and the injection was wearing off. Also, she took unnecessary x-rays last time that my Insurance denied and she wants me to pay for her mistake.Who can I report her to?

THAT IS NOT DOCTOR (dentist) She only wants MONEY
PART 2: In the end while still on hold with my insurance company I decided to speak to the dentist. I figured the receptionist won’t admit her incompetence, the insurance company keeps trying to help but if she doesn’t know how to handle the new system what can I do. So I go and talk to the “doctor”. I tell this woman who went to school to TREAT AND HEAL, the entire situation: I have a gum condition that requires cleanings every 6 months or it gets worse. I explain the misunderstanding with the insurance, I tell her I have proof in writing (emails) it is a mistake. She keeps trying to change the conversation. In the end I asked her: underthese circumstances, knowing you have a patient with a problem you can solve which problem will get worse if you don’t, do you not want to treat me? NO she said. I DO NOT NEED THAT KIND OF “DOCTOR” (dentist). For that you need a vocation, not just go to school hoping you gonna get rich. I suggest start considering a career in health management.

Horrible Doctor
She sits on her high horse and refuse to see patients and refuse refills unless she sees them so that she can get her insurance money. These are folks who need immediate attention ie psychiatry cases, who end up suffering for days from withdrawals because she’s on her throne at the beaches of Florida. Safe yourself. Stay away

Stinks
By that I mean whatever fragrance oil she uses is overpowering and quite off-putting. I had to shower and change clothes afterward. Service was rushed and terrible, $650 out of pocket for 3 “core buildups” she said ins won’t cover. When I asked if any cavities, she said she couldn’t tell because I had so many crowns (?!). I DO have some natural teeth. Look at the xrays. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. The waiting room was filled to capacity, a Covid misstep. (She allegedly takes the lowliest insurance, so it’s crowded).

It’s REALLY sad that STILL even when we are facing uncertainty that a “PROFESSIONAL” that took an OATH takes ADVANTAGE of VULNERABLE human beings instead of REALLY taking the TIME to take CARE of them is SO HEARTBREAKING! Dr, Shah should be ASHAMED! All these REVIEWS are VERY TRUE! The place is FILTHY! LISTEN! I went in complaining I was having a pain for sometime on both sides of my mouth …a wait of an hour, an X-ray and a 5 second of explaining how I’m uncomfortable and painful my teeth were she QUICKLY said I needed to do a deep cleaning and my insurance would not be covering the antibiotic so it’s $120 just for the bottom right. So I thought she CARED I went back a few days later and another $180 for the upper right along with some bondage… (major sensitivity on my upper teeth now) The saddest part is I went back a third time because I had to do the same thing on the left side BUT my GUT told me LEAVE I never saw so many “patients” paying out of pockets so much like that.

Sloppy work, not gentle at all, only cares about money and overcharges you--- AVOID THIS PLACE! I will be reporting her.

So bad. The office and exam room are filthy. I had a tooth for which I needed assistance, and Meena Shaw said, "that's too hard, I can't do that one". She then charged me $450 out of pocket, for bonding on other teeth, which she swore I needed, and tried to charge me another $400 for a mouth guard. Two months later, it's all chipping off, and my teeth are insanely sensitive. So, not only did she not fix my bad tooth, but she ruined my good teeth. Avoid this woman like the plague. I'm going to file a malpractice suit.

Dr. Shah and her team are perfectly nice people, but their schedule seems too packed and always runs late. Cleanings feel rushed and unfinished, and during one visit, one of my fillings was knocked out by the dental hygienist and shoddily replaced. She's clearly knowledgeable in her field and makes space for emergency situations, but she doesn't set aside enough time to answer questions or walk you through the reasons she recommends the services she does. I never felt like I got to properly ask the questions I came in with and would leave appointments more anxious than I was beforehand, worried something important had been missed because it was so rushed.

Was once a lovely person but has apparently become without conscience, work is sloppy and Santa is in town if you use a credit card. The sky's the limit! Beware all (except emergencies) who enter here. Seven years of highway robbery and an infection that she did not notice? Still have issues with that years after.

Great dentist, very caring and professional. Went to her in pain, and she saw the whole treatment thru from beginning to end. Unlike other dentists where you have to do multiple appointments for minor things.

Dr. Shah came 2 hours late to my appointment and then tried to tell me I needed additional services. Her staff is very responsive but implied that tardiness is not unusual. I will not be returning.
