Great Experience
I have several chronic conditions and hate seeing new doctors because I’ve been the victim of medical gaslighting so many times, but Dr. Patterson was great! She made sure all of my questions were answered, stopped mid conversation because she noticed I was itching from a breakout and asked the nurse to grab me some medicine, and didn’t make me feel rushed or blown off or anything.

Poor Communication
Poor Communication, Dr. Patterson seems disinterested. I was refered to this clinic from another specialist. The specialist forward all of my information and lab results to Dr. Patterson several weeks earlier. I go to this clinic for a once a month injection, (Which I just found out that I can have this medicine delivered to my home). Dr. Patterson's office notified me 4 weeks ago that I have an appointment with her today, and I show up, checked-in, led back to the examination room and waited only for the nurse to tell me that Dr. Patterson will not see me....... SHE SET-UP THE APPOINTMENT!!!The nurse stated that they didn't have the information from the other specialist... I was dumbfounded. (I know for a fact they have the information, her office said as much four weeks ago). So I wonder what kind of care I am receiving. You have Four plus weeks to look over the labs and other info. Appt day, NO INFO? Or do you just not care? Very unprofessional or just incompetent.
