very hard to get in contact with. sent prescription to somewhere she is not able to prescribe so i have been trying to resolve on my own. Why is this up to the patient to figure out? Why can nobody call me back?

I am new to the clinic, so I have only met with her once, but after a cancer diagnosis, she has been very caring and has called me with some important results and walked me through the next steps as best as she can.

I had different concerns during my first appointment and while she did addressed some o them, some others were not consideredat all in our conversation, neither I got the refills I needed. I was also upset that for my last appointment that was a F/U over my lab results, I was not even able to speak with her and was forced to reschedule because the doctor was already with another patient. I was not late for my telehealth appointment yet still fully ignored and discarded.
