Experienced, Helpful
My teen has been seeing Dr. Mayberry for a couple of years. She is much better than the previous psychiatrists we have tried. She appears very knowledgeable and experienced. She is open to trying medication, but takes time trying each one to see the effect and reactions. She has referred us to other doctors for related issues outside her expertise.

Robotic and unhelpful
Telehealth
This doctor only sees u for 5-10 min, doesn't ask important questions, and slaps a prescription without even knowing your condition well. Robotic and not helpful.

Very nice but not effective
Telehealth
After eight months of complaining that meds aren’t working, she’s only tried two other meds. The literature recommends certain protocol but she’s not with it. At a certain point, a provider should just admit they don’t know what to do and bring in a consult. Very nice otherwise, but nice doesn’t cut it when you are dealing with psychological pain that can be alleviated with a different medication protocol.
