Empathetic and exceptional
Dr. Kovvuri was amazing with my child in the PICU. Even though the hospital was packed, she always took time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. She was so good at putting in my child's central line, and I felt like she really knew what they were doing.Dr. Kovvuri even came to check on my child when she wasn't supposed to be working! It meant so much to me that she cared that much. I'm so grateful for everything she did.
