Dr. Ferdowsian is a doctor who cares more about selling you other services offered at their facility than he does about helping you with your needs. Dr. Ferdowsian is not someone that will waste time on explaining his reasoning. He seemed irritated when I pressed him on why he wanted to change the medication prescribed by my previous physician. He also disapproved of medication prescribed to me by a specialist, because Dr. Ferdowsian knows best, obvisouly, and you should just accept that.

The BEST Dr. I have ever been to and I've been to a lot. Knew exactly what my health concerns were when I discussed my symptoms to him. Put me on the right medications needed to improve my health. He is very professional in his field of expertise. Respectfully yours, Diana Sanchez

Staff is excellent. Ivan on the front is organized and efficient. Nurses are compassionate and sweet. His assistant, Tuyet, is friendly and listens but theres no guarantee you'll get to see her even if you request only her. Dr. Ferdowsian gets zero stars. I have never waited less than 2 hours in the exam room and then when he does finally show up, he rushes, interrupts and gives referrals to specialists who don't even take my insurance. Horrible bed side manner.

I waited an hour and a half for Raafat Khaki. When I encountered her on my way out, she said she'd had problems with the last patient. No apology. I asked why the staff couldn't have informed me, and she shrugged and walked away without a word. Totally unacceptable. Never again.
