Dr. Melanie Atmadja, MD

Stay away for this Doctor! I chose her as my son's primary care doctor and during routine checkup (preventative care), she will intentionally solicit questions about health "concerns" about my child, and later use it for additional billing, even though all these checkups are routine. She has done this twice to us in recent 3 months and she is charging us for over $700 bucks for nothing she did.

She hardly met with my daughter inspite fo being her pediatrician for several years as she is never available after school hours and takes long breaks. Also her support team is not competent as they constantly miss out on immunization reminders and don't even bother to check if needed immunizations have been completed. I thought that she would be good give that she us Stanford educated but has very poor patient management skills

I would not recommend her at all. We went to see her on various occasion and each time I noticed the same poor bedside manners (speaking too fast, no direct eye to eye contact, discounting concerns, etc.). I did have a lot of questions and she seemed annoyed. My mom came for the last visit and noticed these same issues and told me to immediately change doctors as said “Are you serious, she is a doctor, a pediatrician doctor?” Needless to say, she needs to improve on her communication with pa

Please do NOT waste your time with this doctor. Too many things are wrong with this doctor. The list goes on and on. She is: rush impatient rude basically have no interest in listening and understanding our concerns. STAY AWAY!!!!! he worst doctor I have ever met in my life.

Had a Horrible time.

She is our son's pedi. My husband and I like her a lot. She is young and passionate and very knowledgeable. All of our experience with her has been very positive. Yes she does talk really fast but she always gave us notes at the end of the each visit and highlighting everything she went over during that visit. Our son was born small and she always encouraged and help us. With those positive vibes, we as parents became more and more confident. We can totally see our son growing up with her!

This doctor is unfit to be a pediatrician. Met with her two times, was very hurried in dealing with our 1 yr old. My son was resisting to show his ears and tongue for examination and she basically gave up after trying once saying he was not cooperating. She completely misdiagnosed the illness as viral fever and my son has to suffer through a couple of days before the urgent care doctor found out that it was an bacterial ear infection. Please stay away from this Doctor.

I have been taking my baby to Dr. Atmadja. She has been fantastic and has supported me and my little since the day she was born! She even saw us in the hospital! My little had trouble gaining weight and yellow skin in the beginning and Dr. Atmadja supported us through a very scary time where we had to go back to the hospital for light therapy. She is incredibly responsive to emails and has been there for us for every hiccup and celebration. We love her!

I took my kids to her two times. She is not a child friendly doctor. When 20 months old (she is curious ) touches her stuff what she says No, this is mine you cant touch my stuff. Are you kidding me? Are you really a pediatrician? She also took my children's picture and she did not even ask for my permission. She speaks too fast and you can not understand if you are not really paying attention. I would never ever suggest her anyone.
