Worst patient experience ever. She is rude, unprofessional, and has terrible bedside manner. This lady should NOT be practicing medicine or allowed in any job that should be of service to others because her lack of compassion and condescending attitude is disgusting!!!!

Bad bedside manner
It was her weekend on call. She said sorry we will see you Monday or go to ER if you're that bad. I was standing outside instacare and she said go there. I said I did & they told me to call you. Rude lady.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Austreim was able to help diagnose me very early with one of my diagnoses, she was able to refer me to a specialists that was more experienced in that subject in a timely manner. She is very compassionate and very easy to talk to about any issues I may be having. I would highly recommend her to someone who is looking for a new doctor.

Awful! See ANY OTHER Doctor at Family Heath Care, but not Austreim-Krell. She's horrible. Extremely unprofessional!

Zero likelihood of recommending Austreim to anyone!!! The only reason she was given 1 star was because you have to click one for the survey. I wouldn't give her a half star. She is the WORST physician I have ever met. Terrible bedside manner, condescending towards patients, and an overall horrible Doctor. Very unprofessional!
