I’ve never really had any issues with the office and only heard of the multiple issues happening. Small but they always fixed the issues. This office lacks professionalism and services. They charged for a tele-health service but didn’t complete the paperwork correctly but now don’t want to do a visit because of their lack of work they didn’t completed on tele-health appointment. Due to my paperwork not being completed properly I haven’t been paid in a month. When the appointment was setup no one said anything about a balance. Until the day of the appointment and now I can’t be seen to get paperwork completed

Dr. Hollie is great, but her staff is terrible. The customer service is ridiculous. They are very rude and disrespectful.

You always have to try calling multiple times before you finally get someone on the phone. They push virtual visits very heavily. I tried to have a virtual visit last week it was scheduled for 10:30a and the doctor finally called me at 1:40p. The office just seems totally disorganized.

After being a patient of Dr Hollie for years, l submitted paperwork for FMLA l was charged $86.25 for pages that she just signed. A few days later l had to take paperwork for a day missed l questioned will l pay $86.25 per page again, because this was 8 pages long. Her brother & office manager told me to find another physician. He got so far into my face, demanding l leave, refused to let me see Dr Hollie. And lying on me after he was confrontational & said l cursed him. I received a termination letter from Dr Hollie’s office. I’ve tried to contact Dr directly, emailed & left messages. She didn’t care to return my call. She left me hanging as my physician while l was sick. All because of her elevated cost to complete paperwork. I got more sympathy from her receiptionist than my doctor of 5 years. Today l got a bill for exam that l didn’t have, l literally dropped off paperwork. On top of charging me $345 for 4 sheets of paper you also billed my insurance.

All I have to say now is I was cancelled as a patient after 15 plus years because I challenged the price of $86.25 a page for FMLA papers.

Dr Hollie has been my PCP for several years. She always listens attentively whether it’s a regular checkup or a new concern. When I developed a strange and sudden pain that could not be diagnosed, she scheduled an MRI after suggesting what the condition could be which she thought could be neurological. She then referred me to a neurologist who confirmed her suspicion. I see the neurologist exclusively for the pain condition but Dr Hollie for everything else. She listens carefully to my concerns. She is not dismissive. I recommend Dr Hollie highly. She provides 5-star care.

Dr. Hollie was recommended to me by my sister who is a nurse practitioner. Several of my family members go to her. We LOVE her. She is warm, compassionate, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I've seen her she knew exactly what my illness was and treated it effectively! The staff is courteous and friendly. I love everything about this office. I highly recommend Dr. Hollie!!! A+++++

Dr. Hollie is amazing!!!! I had her for my doc for about 3 years and wouldn't change docs for anything in the world.

I have been with Dr Hollie since she was an intern and have followed her throughout her career to different locations I'm from Illinois went as far out as Butler Hill I would not go to anyone else she's the best

Dr. Hollie hands down is one of the best primary physicians in the greater St. Louis area! The staff is inviting and very professional. The ambiance of her office is very calming and inviting. Upon enetering her office my husband and I were greeted with smiles and refreshments. Dr. Hollie is very professional,knowledgeable,friendly,patient,& attentive to your needs. Dr. Hollie is the best I couldn't imagine going anywhere else
