She would not refer me to a specialist for a serious issue I have and just told me to keep taking over the counter medicine. Practically rolled her eyes when I said anything I’m doing wrong with my health. Avoid at all costs

Had an appointment with this doctor for an elbow injury I sustained while hiking. Due to where i was and the mild level of pain I completed my trip and did not see a doctor for a few days after the injury. I had never seen this doctor before and she spent a good bit of the appointment essentially shaming me for not seeking treatment immediately. She may have been correct but it happened and we needed to move on and focus on the issue at hand but she and the nurse went on and on about it. They both made me feel very judged. Additionally I was given no information on how to proceed with the injury in the meantime until I saw a specialist and had to follow up with a call to front desk to get that information. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this doctor.

Awful experience with this provider- first time was enough for me to never come back. Keeping this vague in areas to protect myself. In one appointment, gave me incorrect information about specific mental health disorders I talked about being “all treated the same” so it didn’t matter (which is false), mentioned urine tests for prescribing meds because “some people…we’ve seen some things” in a sarcastic tone, and generally had a tone and approach that was dismissive and callous. I have no rapport with her and this was my first time- so you need to specifically build trust with your patient and none of these behaviors did anything but the opposite. Assistant had the same bad habits. I’ll keep driving to my doc far away, it’s worth good care.
