Very pleased patient
Dr. Klaus is excellent, she listen and explains the issue very well, in my case I usually ask her to repeat, she always does it in a very kind way, never felt rushed. Strongly recommend her.

Not Attentive to Mental Health or Surgical Needs
I have been a patient of Dr. Klaus for some time now. When struggling with debilitating mental illness during the pandemic, I was unable to access a psychiatrist for help and reached out to her for help in the meantime. She told me mental health should be dealt with by a psychiatrist, not her. She ended up giving me medication but when I needed a leave of absence from work for my mental health due to my traumatic job nature, she accused me of being lazy and not wanting to work. On a separate occasion, I asked about a breast reduction so I can exercise and relieve pain, and she refused to consult with me to get the proper paperwork to insurance so I did not have to pay out of pocket, stating she’s “never done that” and refused to. I honestly wouldn’t recommend her unless you’re 1000% healthy and never need to consult a doctor about anything, otherwise you’ll be judged, ridiculed, embarrassed and out of luck with what you need.

Was billed for two visits the same day, one for an annual physical($246) and one for an office visit($143). Was told it was because she wrote a prescription for swimmer's ear, which was red at time of physical. Doctor coded it for two visits and did not tell my or give the option. The billing department said they can do this because it is in the consent form.

She has always been very attentive to my problems and always takes them very serious. She orders Tests when necessary and has an action plan in place. On numerous occasions she has shown me her loyalty and instilled confidence in me with her utmost concern and dedication on finding the solutions to my health issues. i have never trusted any Doctor more than her. She is a credit to the profession and will ever be grateful for having her in my corner.

Dr. Klaus is reassurance that there are great physicians out there who care to connect with their patients. I am a huge fan, especially after my physical today. She made me feel as if she had all the time in the world. I can’t stress enough what that meant.

I had to cancel and postpone my surgery due to their negligence! My surgeon and I agreed on a date for the operation, and on the same day we called my primary doctor's office (Somerset) to schedule a pre-op exam. My primary doctor's office informed us that I will be contacted later. My primary doctor's office called me a week later! The nurse said they had no openings and could only schedule my pre-op the day before the operation! The nurse also said I needed blood tests done, but only se
