That girl shouldn't be a doctor
Telehealth
She made me feel like I was less than her. She talked to me like I was a child and spoke down at me as if I didn't understand what she was saying. She kept repeating the same things over and over trying to explain a medication she wanted me on. I told her I did not need it but she got mad because I didn't want it.

Dr. Jacaman is my 66 year old mother's pcp. We were caught off guard when she took over for Dr. Melissa Benavides. I have to say to my relief, she's amazing. She asks questions, makes my mother comfortable enough to ask questions, never rushing her. Asks her about her medical history even if its in the reports, genuinely get to know my mom. Have to say so far so good. Hope she's here for the long run.
