WARNING: beware if Dr. Parks and DIGNITY HEALTH
She was unprofessional and her poor bedside manner created unnecessary drama. She made diagnosis based on assumptions and made my daughter very scared and upset. She does not care about her patients and only cares about billing you for the max amount possible. Our bill contained outrageous procedures we didn’t ever have done or even consider having done and I had to call to have it corrected and get my insurance involved to dispute when the office refused. We won, and rightfully so. There is no reason why an in network preventative routine annual visit should cost an insured patient over $500 out of pocket. STAT AWAY from this doctor and DIGNITY HEALTH.

Dr. Parks was extremely professional. She takes her time explaining everything in an age appropriate way. She is incredibly caring and I would trust her with the care of any of my family members. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional. Lack of concern for patients comfort and well being. Makes determination without listening to chief complaints of the patient. Refused to be sympathetic with a child's pain and needs and opted to allow my daughter to continue to suffer instead of finding alternatives for comfort.
