Dr Powell is very kind and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I moved from a clinic in St. Louis where my wait was often a minimum of one hour-only to spend 10 mins with an unfriendly pschiatrist. I have always felt welcome at APC, and value Dr Powell’s knowledge and kindness.

Dr. Powell is extremely condescending in the way she addresses patients. I feel she isn’t outright rude, but treats her adult patients as if they are incompetent children.
