Dr. Melissa Przeklasa-Auth, MD

Our world was turned upside down after having the very unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Melissa Prezklasa Auth. We made a HUGE mistake in selecting her to assess our child for a POSSIBLE autism diagnosis. Truthfully we should have done more research to determine that autism and related assessments are something she does NOT specialize in. We arrived on time for our appointment, were seen 15 minutes late and in less than 15 minutes time without discussing our child's medical history, getting a full understanding of our home life, reviewing the school's assessment (which by the way said nothing about autism) nor evaluating our child outside of our presence, she was able to say UNEQUIVOCALLY that our child has autism. It was matter of fact, devoid of emotion or concern for what that might mean to us. Dr. Auth's reckless behavior was damaging and severe. We will NEVER go back, NEVER recommend her and have since had a second opinion at a far superior organization. BEWARE!

Dr. Auth is WONDERFUL!!!! I cannot say enough great things about her. She takes the time to listen to the parent and then talks to the child to see how she/he feels too. She is quick to respond when med adjustments need to be made. She can relate to the parents as she is one herself. I have referred her to many parents as she was an answer to my prayers. My son has ADHD and he himself as well as I have seen a huge difference with her help.

Dr. AUTH is fantastic. Children love her, she is very knowledgeable in so many areas, and most important, she cares about her patients. I can only Highly Recommend her over any other pediatric neurologist.

We've been seeing Dr P for a solid 2 years, and I'm so thankful to have found her! She is hard to get an appt with, but once "in" things run smoothly. She gets you in quickly to your appt, SHE comes out and greets us. She speaks to the child and the parent. The office is efficient. She is a mom as well. I have nothing but great things to say about this office. Dr. P has been extremely knowledgeable and I completely trust her decisions. Donna at the front desk is on it and very helpful and cares. It is unfortunate that you have to wait so long to get in to see her when there is that great sense of urgency to resolve the problem when it comes to our children. Clearly, she is great at what she does and she is in high demand. I will wait and go to someone I feel confident will help my son.
