Dr. Melissa Watts, MD

Melissa is my daughter's doctor. She was amazing with my daughter. She was kind, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She was very patient and answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. But what stood out to me the most with Dr Watts, is that she made me, as the mom, feel comfortable and relieved a lot of my fears and anxiety. And I am very thankful for that. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing allergy & immunology specialists for over 15 years, and I recently had to switch doctors. In my first visit with Dr. Watts, it was clear that she had not reviewed any of my medical history. When she asked me questions about it, I started explaining everything, but she kept interjecting, telling me that I was wrong and could not possibly have all of the allergies and reactions I was describing, even though I have been living with them for over 15 years and have been continuously treated by an allergist for them. She explained allergies and their reactions as if I did not know anything at all and could not understand them. Overall, she was very dismissive of my past medical history and experience, and was unwilling to admit that she may not know about the rare allergies and reactions I have been previously diagnosed with. This was the most disrespected I have ever felt by a medical professional.
