While visiting Florida, I was diagnosed with a detached retina, with immediate need of a retina surgeon. Dr Chen accepted me for an immediate check up and scheduled surgery the same day. The laser surgery went very well. Three weeks later I was cleared to fly. Dr Chen actually suggested that he would see me once more the day before my flight to Jamaica, just to make sure I was ok! During my stay, I visited his clinic at least 6 times. The entire staff was wonderful. Dr Chen was excellent. Wow!

I was on vacation in May, 2018 when I experienced persistent flashes in my “good” eye. A friend from Sarasota sees Dr. Levy and recommended his group. I called for an appointment late on a Tuesday afternoon and got in early Thursday morning. (I didn’t have an uptick in floaters or change in vision.) Dr. Chen’s exam was very thorough. He was efficient, gentle, and kind; he explained what was happening and what to look for. His expertise reminded me of my retina doc at Will’s. I was very satisfied
