Very caring, and knowledgeable but dire.
Very caring and direct. Goes out of way to help. Been her patient very long time.

Amazing Doctor! She's been the best for 24 yrs now, I couldn't have gone to a better provider for my diabetes all these years. I've referred her to others who love her just as much.

My primary care doctor was not too worried about my blood test results even though my TSH was .1, well outside of the normal range, losing lot's of hair, poor sleep, tired... Best decision I did was to go to her to keep on top of my thyroid! I have recommended her to friends and they have thanked me. I'd strongly recommend her.

Dr. Berger is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. She has saved my life more times than I can count. She is like a healthcare coach. She gives me guidance to help myself. I wish all of my other doctors were half as good as she is. I highly recommend her.

I have never had an appointment with a doctor like I did today. Dr. Berger spent an hour talking with me about my symptoms, my lifestyle and went into very detailed description about my illness and different ways to help me feel better. I left there feeling so encouraged that I have found a doctor willing to listen to and help me find a better solution! I would highly recommend her!!

Dr. Berger has been an excellent doctor in the 6 years that she has worked very closely with me to manage thyroid problems and PCOS. She takes the time to explain everything, she is compassionate, and patient. She welcomes any questions. She discovered things that went many years undetected, and she does not just try to throw you some pills. She provides holistic care with wealth of experience and medical prowess. She stays on top of the most recent medical studies and developments.

I went to see Dr. Berger for PCOS. She has terrible bedside manner- routinely hurt my self esteem. Once made transphobic comments when describing the side effects of a medicine - "don't become sexually active or your baby will come out an 'it' or a 'pat'" then proceeded to laugh at her own joke. She seemed to misunderstand my medical issues, unwilling to listen to or resolve my concerns, seemed confused when my condition did not improve and did not offer viable solutions. I would not recommend.

Would insinuate/hint one is not taking medication properly if lab results were consistently poor. Would continue with same medication in light of consistent poor lab results, for years. As a patient, compelled to research own health issue after years of staying sick on same med. Presented physician info about certain tests customarily ordered, physicians response Oh, we haven't done that for you? Yes, I will get those tests ordered. Poor quality of life during multi years with this physician
