Dr. Meredith Hawkins Pridgeon, DO

Dr Pridgeon always greets me with a smile and has reviewed my file ahead of time. She is quick, yet doesn’t make me feel like she is rushing me.

I like her she is friendly. Every time I go, she is really on top of what my needs are.

Meredith is unavailable more times than not. When finally getting an appointment, it was with not with Meredith, but rather a nurse practitioner. My husband and I came in for a sinus infection. We were told we had to come in to the office through the back parking lot. A nurse then proceeded to ask us to return to our car to put a mask on. We told her we did not have COVID or any symptoms consistent with COVID. We were disregarded and told the mask was mandatory and that the back entrance was the only way we were allowed into the office. During our visit I desperately needed to use the restroom, but was advised I was unable to leave the room as there was a potential for spreading COVID to other patients. I informed the nurse that I was fully vaccinated and repeated that I had to use the restroom. I was denied access, so asked if I could wear gloves as well as the mask. Once again, I was not allowed to use the restroom. I was uncomfortable and upset that my basic access to necessities
