Not patient with moody child. I could feel her discomfort as my child would not open up to chat. She also seemed dismissive of my concerns and needs as a parent of a child with severe behaviors.

Merle Edelstein is clearly not present for her patients, mentally or emotionally. She is short, condescending, and wrote in her notes almost the entire time I spoke to her. When she wasn't writing, she looked at me with a blank, bored stare. I wish I had more characters to describe how negative her energy was. The fact that she continues to practice is a gross disservice to the unlucky people in vulnerable states seeking help at her practice, whom receive only apathy and annoyance in return.

I have never encountered a doctor as awful and seemingly confused and angry about their job as Merle Edelstein. I would not hire her to do any kind of job whatsoever, much less a job that directly impacts people in need of help. She is simply awful.

I only went here because it was convenient... Upon entering the office I encountered rude staff, who didn't seem to care at all about greeting patients. They just say there conversing with one another, as if they weren't even at work. What's worse, meeting Dr. Merle Eselstein was a very unpleasant experience! She didn't seem fully present, or care mich about my history. She was pompous, condescending and downright rude. I will never return to this office! Stay away! You'll waste your time!

Not qualified to be advising patients from this century. Rude, distrustful, spends almost no time with you. She needs to stop her practice, or someone should report her.

She's horrible! Worst doctor I've ever had! Shouldn't be allowed to practice! Way outdated and totally unqualified to treat modern issues... So unprofessional, makes things worse, doesn't care about patients, just her big fat check... Should be disbarred... Horrible!!

After my mother's suicide she raised my dose for anxiety medication and for good reason. She asked how i was doing with it and I said well when i went to see her a month later. When I went to fill the 3 medications I am on at CVS, they were out of the ADD medicine so I tried a different CVS. Either I or the pharmacist lost the prescription paper that day. When I called to have it replaced, I was denied by Dr. Edelstein even though this is the 1st time this happened. I feel like I'm going to die
