Great sport orthopedic surgeon. My aging arthritic knees keep causing trouble and he accomplishes without surgery to allow me to walk without pain. 5 star Medical assistant is quick on responding to changes you need to make.

Waste Of Time
He was 45min late. He had me do a bunch of X-rays on my shoulder without even consulting with me about my injury. Of course nothing wrong with my bones. He told me to take more anti inflammatory meds and in two days call if it’s not better. It’s been a month and a half and I still can’t use because of pain and clicking any grinding, I don’t think two days will be magical. In the meantime he told me I can do whatever I want with it. Resume my yoga, weight classes, lifting and heavy housework even though it hurts??? What a wast of time and money. I didn’t finally decide to go in and see a specialist just to have him see me and tell me to basically keep doing what I’m doing and come back in two days so I can pay him even more money

Dr. Auld is easy too talk with and he is thorough.
Dr. Auld listens carefully, offers natural remedies and ideas to ease pain for interim, while getting more tests to determine cause of my problem. I am confident that Dr. Auld will be able to help me after tests are complete.

I was very excited after reading doctor aulds reviews about quality of life. After the last 2 and a half years of what I have went through was excited to talk with him and see if he could help me with my shoulder problems. I had a great recommendation from a person I trust. After 6 weeks of trying to schedule a appointment with him I was informed he refused to see me not sure the reason but was a very down moment in my life just trying to get back to normal.

Dr Auld repaired my shoulder 12 years ago and it was an excellent job. I got back 99% rotation. He also replaced my girlfriends knee in August and she now walks 5 miles a day.

Received sound pre-op info (I thought) but my scheduled menisectomy ended up being a meniscus repair which requires 6 weeks of non-weight bearing which in turn atrophied my quad. 2 yrs later it's still smaller but I can finally walk down stairs without falling. I was not told I was having it repaired, or the required non-weight bearing (6 wks off work) and it's odds of failing. It failed am due I hadn't to have a subsequent surgery that I'm still in pain from. Not happy or recommended.
