He was not my personal doctor but he checked up on me many times through out my first and second operation, which was a very hard time for me in my life. Every time he walked in to my room it gave me a safety feeling, very kind, caring and professional!!! I don't think there is anybody that could go wrong with picking Doctor Albrecht! Fantastic— Professional & caring. He explained to me in detail as what would happened. He answered all my questions & put my mind at ease — it has now been more than 2 months after my Double Hernia surgery & I feel great for 67 years old!! Don’t hesitate get your Hernia done before it RIPS more!!!

Dr. Albrecht performed a Cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) on me. The office staff was nice and did a great job scheduling around my crazy schedule. I got a tiny incision. I had no pain afterwords and didn't need to take any pain medicine. I was able to go to work the following day. I felt immediate relief. I would recommend his services to anyone.

He was so very good to me my family and friends. HE gave me a lot of information and nurses we’re so awesome!?? I love him. Very nice guy for sure! Tho the office didn’t send my stuff order the day I went in. They contacted admitting so quickly and got me token care of right way! Speaking im 21 young people don't have patients. The staff was full of compliments and very comforting and caring???? P. S i was I new patient, saw him Friday got surgery that Monday ! He Haven me the option !????

Dr. Albrecht's staff nurse named Huetzi is terrible. She does not return calls. Doesn't look at notes or even remember what is going on. Terrible communication with this nurse and doctor. Dr. Albrecht would not even return our calls after requesting him to call. We even had to wait over an hour to be seen with nobody else in the waiting room. We found another doctor whose staff cares and is getting my husband in immediately. We would not recommend this Dr.

His staff are liars and they tell you want to hear and then lie and they dont care to update your paperwork. They were sent paperwork from the VA to cover the surgery, but they never sent the paperwork and instead billed our private insurance and sent us a bill for the difference. They told us that it wasnt there problem they didnt check with the VA. The day of the surgery they told me they would handle their error of not filling the VA claim and 5 months later they still havent. Staff is RUDE!!

I have trust issues with Dr's and he puts you at ease. I felt comfortable with him doing my surgeries. I had three at once. His staff and nurse are professional as well. His office makes you feel like you were in good hands. I looked up his background which further made me feel comfortable. I have already recommended a family member with the same problem that him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
