I was rudely terminated as a patient without warning. I have been a patient here for years. I guess it was the rude and ugly receptionist idea. The termination letter wasn't even signed. Had a stamped signature. So rude. No warning and no grace periods. I did not get my last prescription and was blocked to reach the good doctor in every way. So had to go thru pain and withdrawl symptoms. Happy to not have to see ugly eyebrows again. Bye Felicia.

My mother is a patient of Dr. April's. He is very kind and caring. She had other heath problems recently and her other doctor didn't fully explaining her lab work. But Dr. April took the time to go over her lab work and thoroughly explain it. Dr. April is awesome.

I have been a patient for over 18 years. He has always been very respectful. He has been able to lower my pain medication while still keeping me comfortable. I am now taking the least amount of medication in the past 30 years.

Dr. April is the absolute best Dr. I have seen. I have suffered with back problems for years. I started seeing Dr. April one year ago and he has helped me more than any other Dr. I have seen. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and takes an extreme amount of time at each appointment to help me try different exercises, stetches etc. The staff in his office is amazing! I never feel rushed out the door. The availability to make an appointment is easy and they are always available if I need to call for any reason. Dr. Benson has taught me stretches that bring me relief. He is very knowledgeable. I have met with Paula Menzies for numerous therapy sessions and she is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. April!

The front desk attendant didn't explain I needed to bring my med records to my initial consult. Every office I've ever seen has you sign a release then request a fax. The front Desk was extremely rude and cancelled my appointment without giving me an idea of when I'd be rescheduled. Dr. April was off to lunch and refused to even speak with me regarding the med records that were sitting on his fax machine for 30+ mins. I had them expedited, myself. Ended up detoxing in RE. They didn't care. #FAIL

Dr. April has been my pain management doctor for some eight years or more he's been great he knows what he's doing I'd recommend Dr.April to anybody and I do every time somebody asked me if I know about a pain management doctor I recommend Dr April
